Audio editing task

Audio editing task is the second task for us in our trip "exploring internet world". Basically, i dont have any basic knowledge about audio editing. I can produce music and play instrument, but to edit it, i dont have any idea. Firstly, searching for softwares. only freeware is Audacity. The software looks simple and very easy to use although sometimes it looked like cheap and lack of functions..but..dont judge a book by its cover. Their functions are marvelous...u can edit whatever music you want. simple to use and easy to find.thats Audacity. I choose to mix baba black sheep song with an upbeat tempo. I try to mix it with techno tune but couldt get the balance tune, try to mix with dangdut and hindustan also the same. So i checked my archieve of music in my ps, search for available tune, and i found theme song from my fav cartoon, futurama. so i mix them together and produced Babablacksheep(rockhestra mix) http://rapidshare.com/files/135712562/babablacksheep_rockhestra_mix.mp3.html
